Position: Full time custodian

Reports to: Maintenance supervisor

Starting Date: A.S.A.P.

 

Necessary Qualifications:

• Cleaning experience, ability to properly use chemicals and other cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
• Good work ethic with consistent attendance
• Ability to be flexible and work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift 100lbs or more
• Ability to operate lawn equipment and other maintenance equipment
• Good health, high moral character, and ability to work well with others
• Pass a background check

 

Daily tasks will include but are not limited to restroom cleaning, vacuuming, lawn maintenance, dust mopping, second shift during the school year and first shift during summer break. 

Pay Rate: $15.00/hourly - $18.00/hourly
