History Teacher Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create lesson plans for each class
  • Lead students in a class discussion or lecture
  • Assign homework and projects to help them master the material
  • Administer exams to test their knowledge
  • Participate in faculty meetings and school-wide events

History Teacher Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in history
  • State teaching license
  • Instructional experience
  • Basic understanding of behavior analysis and intellectual development
  • Strong communication and teaching skills
  • Curriculum design skills

 

 

Reports to: Superintendent

Work Schedule: 185 Day Contract

7:15 am - 3:00 pm on most day
